Hey there! I'm Lotti Morrison, and I started Opaline because I know firsthand how confusing and outdated the process of finding the right aesthetic treatments can be. As a mom in my 40s, trying to navigate my own beauty and aging journey while juggling, well... everything, I simply didn't have time to book endless consultations just to figure out what I actually needed.

Here's an accurate snapshot of me trying to find the right treatment:

I wanted a better way. Something easy, personalized, and designed for the way we actually make decisions today. But when I started looking into it, I realized most aesthetic practices weren't built to engage digital-first consumers like me.

That's when I saw the opportunity to change the game.

She founded Opaline after navigating the confusing aesthetic space firsthand. Not only is she the patient herself, she's spent her career selling to the exact consumers practices are trying to convert. A self-proclaimed skincare junkie, (passing that on to her two girls) she's passionate about making aesthetic treatments more understandable, approachable, and accessible to more people.

Her experience at HubSpot, MEDITECH and as the founder of her own agency, Little Rev Engine, Chanelle understands both the realities of running a medical practice and the discipline required to market one effectively. She bridges the gap between provider mindset and performance-driven growth, helping practices scale in ways that actually make sense.

Name Origin: Opaline

Lotti chose the name Opaline intentionally. Opal is her birthstone, a gem that's luminous, multidimensional, and quietly powerful. Unlike diamonds, rubies, or sapphires, opals aren't defined by a single standard of beauty; they come in countless shades and variations, each beautiful in its own right - just like the patients we serve.

Opaline also suggests translucence and clarity, reflecting our belief that beauty should be personal and informed, with transparency at the center of the journey.
